Utility template
Site visit tomorrow
Meta category: Utility
Utility templates confirm or update something the person already asked for: an order, a booking, an appointment, or a payment they owe on an existing invoice. A discount, a new product, or a 'while you are here' line moves the template into marketing.
This reminds the buyer of a visit they already booked. It is utility when it stays on that visit.

Quick reply
When to use it
Send it the evening before. {{4}} is the time you stop holding the slot, and it has to be a rule the site team follows. If you give the slot away at 7 pm, do not tell the buyer you are holding it until 9.
A reschedule reply should reach a person, not an autoresponder that pitches three other projects. The buyer asked to move one visit.
Tips for getting it approved
- No inventory pitch in the body.
- Both quick replies should map to a real action on your side.
- Use the same project name as the booking confirmation so the thread reads as one visit.
Frequently asked questions
Should I attach the brochure the night before?
Not on this template. They already have the project from the booking message. A new brochure is a marketing send.
What if they booked two projects the same day?
Send two reminders, each with its own project and time. One combined sentence gets the order wrong.
