Utility template
Site visit booked
Meta category: Utility
Utility templates confirm or update something the person already asked for: an order, a booking, an appointment, or a payment they owe on an existing invoice. A discount, a new product, or a 'while you are here' line moves the template into marketing.
The buyer just booked a visit. This confirms the project, the time, and who will meet them. It does not introduce other projects, so it is utility.

When to use it
Send it as soon as the visit is on the calendar, to the number that booked. {{4}} should be the person actually on duty, not the team lead who took the enquiry. Buyers at a gate will call the name in the message.
Do not add a second project 'on the way'. If the route includes another site, that is a different appointment and needs its own confirmation. One visit, one template.
Tips for getting it approved
- Sample a real-looking project and a person's name.
- A map or details link is fine. A brochure for a different tower is not.
- Leave prices out unless the buyer asked for the price list of this project and the page shows it.
Frequently asked questions
Can the confirmation mention the configuration they asked about?
Yes, if you add a variable for '2 BHK' and it is the unit type on this booking. Do not list every configuration you sell.
What if the site office moves?
Update the details page immediately. The template points there so you are not stuck with a landmark baked into the approved text.
