When to use it
Send a single listing that matches the budget, configuration, and area they stated, and only if they opted in to new matches. A weekly dump of ten projects belongs in email. WhatsApp gets one, with a price that is the asking price today.
If the price on the page is 'price on request', do not invent {{4}}. Use a different template that does not state a figure. A wrong lakh number is how brokers lose the opt-in.
Tips for getting it approved
- One listing per send. The body says so, and the URL should match.
- The sample price should look like an asking price, with units.
- Include the stop reply. Listing opt-in is not permanent.
Frequently asked questions
Can I send this as utility because they asked to be kept posted?
No. A new listing is a recommendation. Utility would be a visit they already booked, or a document they already owe.
How often is too often?
If you do not have a new match, do not send. Two strong matches in a month beat four weak ones in a week.
