This policy applies to all paid subscription plans on the Mark360.ai platform. Please read carefully before requesting a cancellation or refund.

Overview

At Mark360.ai (operated by iCanstudioZ App Solutions LLP), we understand that business needs change. While all subscription payments are generally non-refundable, we offer a partial refund policy for customers who wish to cancel their active subscription before the plan's renewal date. This policy outlines how refunds are calculated, what is eligible, and how to request one.

Partial Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a partial refund if all of the following conditions are met:

  • You are on an active paid subscription (quarterly or annual plan).
  • You submit a cancellation request before the next renewal date.
  • The remaining unused period of your subscription is more than one (1) month.
  • Your account is in good standing with no outstanding dues or policy violations.

Example: If you are on a 12-month annual plan and cancel after 3 months, you may receive a refund for the remaining 8 months — after deducting the mandatory 1-month retention charge plus applicable GST.

How Refund Amount is Calculated

The refund is calculated as follows:

Refund Formula:

Refundable Amount = (Remaining Months − 1) × Monthly Rate − GST on 1 Month Charge

Step 1 — Identify remaining months: Count full calendar months left in your subscription from the cancellation date to the original renewal date.

Step 2 — Deduct minimum retention period: One (1) full month's subscription fee is always retained as a service charge, regardless of when you cancel.

Step 3 — Deduct GST: GST (18%) applicable on the 1-month retention charge is also deducted from the refundable amount as per Indian tax regulations.

Step 4 — Final refund: The remaining balance after deductions is processed as your refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances:

  • Monthly subscription plans — month-to-month plans are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
  • Add-on purchases — one-time or recurring add-ons (extra credits, additional agents, etc.) once activated.
  • WhatsApp conversation credits — credits that have been consumed or partially used.
  • Setup fees or onboarding fees — non-refundable as these cover the cost of account setup and onboarding support.
  • Accounts suspended for policy violations — accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service are not eligible for any refund.
  • Promotional or discounted plans — subscriptions purchased under special offers or promotions are non-refundable.
  • Trial plan upgrades — if you convert a free trial to a paid plan and subsequently request a refund within the same billing cycle, this is not eligible.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.) used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Mark360.ai account and cancel your subscription from the Billing settings.
  2. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Account Email]".
  3. Include the following details in your email:
    • Registered account email address
    • Plan name and billing period
    • Date of original payment and transaction/invoice ID
    • Reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)
  4. Our billing team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days with the refund calculation and confirmation.

GST & Tax Considerations

Mark360.ai is a GST-registered entity in India. All subscription fees are inclusive of or subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 18%, as applicable under Indian tax law.

  • GST paid on the minimum 1-month retention charge is non-refundable, as it has already been remitted to the government.
  • A revised invoice or credit note will be issued for the refunded amount where applicable.
  • For business customers requiring a GST-compliant credit note, please mention your GSTIN in the refund request email.
