Razorpay abandoned checkout is an event the workflow can start from. It is separate from the Shopify cart preset. A shopper who drops Razorpay’s page can get a WhatsApp template with the link again.

A payment reminder that promotes an offer is a marketing message. A receipt for a payment the buyer just made is usually utility. In India those Mark360.ai totals are ₹0.94 and ₹0.138.

What moves between Razorpay and WhatsApp
Stripe is also in the catalog for teams that do not use Razorpay. This page does not document Stripe’s events. There is no WooCommerce card.

Before the first link goes out
Have a Razorpay account that can create payment links. Connect it in Mark360.ai rather than pasting links by hand, so the workflow and the pending list stay together.
WhatsApp still needs an approved template for a business-initiated message. A buyer’s reply in an open session can be a normal session message. Opt-out keywords apply to campaigns.
Plan price is separate from the customer’s payment. Free is $0. Scale is $19/month billed quarterly. Scale+ is $99/month. Every sent WhatsApp message is on Transaction History with its unit price. Credit top-ups for your own Mark360.ai wallet are a different Razorpay payment, from ₹1 to ₹1,00,000.

If a shopper leaves Razorpay checkout, that event can start a WhatsApp workflow. It is separate from the Shopify abandoned-cart preset.
The buyer pays on Razorpay’s page, which offers the methods on that Razorpay account. Mark360.ai records the link and the payment status it gets back. Top-ups of Mark360.ai credits can be paid by card, UPI, net banking, or wallet through Razorpay, from ₹1 to ₹1,00,000, or by bank transfer. That top-up is your Mark360.ai bill, not your customer’s order.
