From a page view to a chat

After the snippet is on the site, a visitor opens WhatsApp from the page and the conversation lands in the same inbox as every other chat. The picture is an illustration of that path. The counts in it are not Mark360.ai statistics.

Around the widget

  • The chat arrives in the inbox

WhatsApp and Instagram direct messages sit in one list. Filters cover Unassigned, Mine, Pinned and Resolved, and a new chat can start from the same screen.

  • A bot can answer first

Create a bot per channel, set how long it waits for a reply, and add a timeout message so the visitor is not left on read.

  • Popups

Popups for people who do not click

Popup templates can open immediately, after a delay, at a scroll depth, on exit intent, after a number of page views, or on a product browse.
