Possession date update
Meta category: Utility
Utility templates confirm or update something the person already asked for: an order, a booking, an appointment, or a payment they owe on an existing invoice. A discount, a new product, or a 'while you are here' line moves the template into marketing.
You are updating the possession date on a home they have already booked. That is a transactional update, and it stays utility if you do not pitch the next tower.

When to use it
Send this when the date actually changes, to the buyer on that unit. The new date lives on the booking page so you are not approving a template that freezes a month you may revise. {{4}} keeps the previous date in the thread so they can see the shift.
If the delay comes with a compensation clause, put the clause on the booking page and say so there. Do not summarise a legal offer in a WhatsApp sentence you cannot revise.
Tips for getting it approved
- Do not blame the buyer or over-explain construction in the template.
- Do not add a sister-project invitation under a delay notice.
- The booking id in the sample should look like your real format, and it must be fake.
Frequently asked questions
Why is the new date not in the body?
Because possession dates move more than once. The button opens the current date. The body records the date you are moving away from, so the message is not empty.
Can I use this before they pay the token?
No. Without a booking, a date change on a project is a marketing update about inventory, not a notice to an owner.
