When to use it
Send this after they have agreed to book a specific unit, when a named document is missing. {{3}} should be the actual gap, not 'KYC and others'. Vague checklists create a second call.
The deadline in {{4}} has to be the developer's or your desk's real cutoff. If Friday 5 pm is when the token window closes, say that on the page too.
Tips for getting it approved
- Do not include a payment-plan upsell or a referral bonus.
- The sample documents should be specific.
- A checklist URL per booking is better than a public PDF that lists every project's rules.
Frequently asked questions
Can I ask for Aadhaar in the WhatsApp body?
Ask them to upload it on the booking page. Do not ask them to photograph an ID into the chat. The template names the document. It does not collect the file.
What if several documents are missing?
Name the blocking one in {{3}} and keep the rest on the checklist page. A paragraph of document types will be truncated in the preview.
