When to use it

Send this about three days before the due date on the invoice, to the billing contact, not to every WhatsApp number you have for the company. {{3}} must match the invoice total, including tax, or you will get a reply asking which number is real.

If the due date moves, do not reuse this template with the old date still in the sentence. Pass the current due date as {{4}}. Do not add 'pay today and save 2%' — that sentence makes it marketing.

Tips for getting it approved

• The sample invoice id should look like yours, and the amount should include the currency.
• The button URL sample should open an invoice, not a payment page for a different product.
• Leave out late-fee threats. A due-soon note is not a collections letter.
