Utility templates confirm or update something the person already asked for: an order, a booking, an appointment, or a payment they owe on an existing invoice. A discount, a new product, or a 'while you are here' line moves the template into marketing.
This prepares someone for an appointment they already booked. Instructions are part of the booking, not a promotion.

When to use it
Send this once, after the booking is confirmed, for visits where arriving unprepared wastes the slot: loan files, visa photos, school admissions, or a medical history the clinic already asked for. Point the button at that booking's list, not a generic PDF from 2019.
The '10 minutes early' line has to match the location. If the branch wants people exactly on time because the waiting room is tiny, delete that sentence before you submit.
Tips for getting it approved
- Do not name a diagnosis, a product to buy, or a partner brand.
- The document list URL sample should be a specific page, not the site root.
- Keep the body to preparation. Selling a faster slot is a different template.

Can the document list change by appointment type?
Yes. Keep the list on the page behind the button and pass the booking id as the URL variable. The approved sentence stays stable.
Is asking them to arrive early a policy change?
If it is your standing rule for that location, it is fine. If you only say it when you are overbooked, take it out so the template does not invent a rule.
