Marketing template
Rebook after the visit
Meta category: Marketing
Marketing templates promote, recommend, or try to bring someone back. Meta bills them as marketing messages. The person needs a valid opt-in, and the copy cannot be dressed up as a shipping or payment update.
The visit is over. Asking them to book another one is a promotion, even if the first visit went well. Submit it as marketing.

When to use it
Send this after a completed visit, on a cadence that matches the service: six weeks for a haircut, six months for a dental clean, a year for an annual review. The window in {{4}} should be a real range with open slots, not a slogan.
Opt-in matters. A person who booked one appointment did not automatically agree to a promotion forever. Use the marketing opt-in captured at booking, and stop when they tap 'Not now'.
Tips for getting it approved
- Do not describe this as a reminder of an existing booking. There is no booking yet.
- Skip medical claims. 'Time for your next cleaning' is safer than 'prevent gum disease'.
- The decline button should be a quick reply, not a link to a preference centre they will not open.
Frequently asked questions
Can a clinic send this as utility because follow-up is care?
A follow-up the clinician already scheduled is utility. An invitation to buy the next visit is marketing. If no slot is on the calendar, use this template.
What interval should {{2}} use?
Use the interval your own records show, such as '6 weeks' or '11 months'. A fixed 'it has been a while' with no number looks like a blast.
