When to use it
Send it when the booking is ticketed or the hotel has accepted it, not when the payment is still pending. {{3}} should be specific enough to tell two trips apart: a house name, a flight number, or a route. Dates in {{4}} match the voucher.
Save upgrades, airport transfers for sale, and 'add breakfast' for a marketing template. A confirmation that sells is the one guests screenshot when the room is not what they booked.
Tips for getting it approved
- The sample reference should look like a PNR or a hotel confirmation, and it must be fake.
- No price in the body unless it is the amount they already paid and the page shows the same figure.
- One booking per message.
Frequently asked questions
Can one template cover a flight and a hotel?
Only if they are a single booking reference. If the flight and the hotel can change independently, confirm them separately so a delay does not look like a hotel problem.
Should the voucher be a PDF in the chat?
Link to the booking page. A PDF in the thread is stale the moment the flight time moves.
