Marketing template
Eid gifting window
Meta category: Marketing
Marketing templates promote, recommend, or try to bring someone back. Meta bills them as marketing messages. The person needs a valid opt-in, and the copy cannot be dressed up as a shipping or payment update.
A gift guide with a cutoff for Eid delivery is a promotion. Marketing is the correct category.

When to use it
Send this when your warehouse has a real cutoff, and put that cutoff in {{3}}. If metro and non-metro cutoffs differ, do not use one national send. Split the list or you will miss the promise for half of it.
This is for people who opted into offers. Customers with an open Eid order should get a shipping template, not this one. Do not mix 'your order is packed' with a second gift pitch.
Tips for getting it approved
- The delivery promise must match your shipping policy for that week.
- Do not name a discount unless the gift page shows it.
- A sample cutoff of 'Sun 6 pm' is better than 'soon'.
Frequently asked questions
Which Eid does this cover?
Either, as long as {{4}} and the landing page match the Eid you mean. Do not leave 'Eid morning' in a send that goes out the week after.
Can the template include a hamper price?
Add it only as a variable if every send has a single hero hamper. A range belongs on the page, not hardcoded in the approved text.
