Demo class invite
Meta category: Marketing
Marketing templates promote, recommend, or try to bring someone back. Meta bills them as marketing messages. The person needs a valid opt-in, and the copy cannot be dressed up as a shipping or payment update.
A demo seat is a promotion to someone who has not enrolled. It is marketing, even if they downloaded a syllabus.

Quick reply
When to use it
Send it to people who asked for a demo or opted into course updates, for a session that has a real seat count. If {{4}} hits zero, stop the send. A demo invite that says seats are open when the room is full is the complaint coaching ads already have a reputation for.
One subject per message. A parent asking about physics should not also get the commerce demo in the same body. They can opt into that separately.
Tips for getting it approved
- The seat count sample should be a number you could defend.
- Do not promise a rank, a score, or a college.
- The decline reply must suppress further demo invites.
Frequently asked questions
Is a demo utility if they filled a lead form?
No. They have not enrolled or booked a paid seat. Inviting them to try the class is marketing.
Can I add the course fee?
Put the fee on the demo page. Hardcoding it here means a fee change needs a new template, and it pulls the message toward a hard sell.
