When to use it
Send it to learners who have not submitted, the day before the cutoff. Do not send it to the whole batch if half have already turned it in. {{2}} is the assignment name their teacher used, not 'homework'.
The late-work sentence points at an existing rule. If you have no late policy, delete that sentence before you submit rather than inventing one in WhatsApp.
Tips for getting it approved
- Name the assignment in the sample.
- Do not threaten to remove them from the batch.
- The URL should open the assignment, not a payment page.
Frequently asked questions
Can parents receive the assignment reminder?
Only if the enrollment says guardians get academic alerts. Otherwise message the learner. A surprise note to a parent can be the wrong disclosure.
What if the deadline moves?
Do not send this template. Send a short update with the new time. 'Due tomorrow' is false the moment you extend it.
